Managing Your Account
Your AmpliStore account gives you access to personalized features, order history, and exclusive offers.
Updating Your Profile
- Click the user icon in the top right corner
- Log in with your email and password
- From your dashboard, you can update your name, email, and phone number
Changing Your Password
For security, we recommend changing your password every 90 days. Go to Account Settings → Security → Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password and your new password twice.
Email Preferences
Control which emails you receive: order confirmations, shipping updates, promotional offers, weekly deals, and newsletter. Go to Account Settings → Notifications to customize.
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your account, contact our support team. Please note that this action is permanent and all order history will be lost.
