How to Track Your Order
Follow these steps to track any order placed with AmpliStore:
- Log in to your account — Click the user icon in the top right corner of any page to go to your account.
- Go to Past Orders — On your account dashboard, click the "Past Orders" button to see all your previous orders.
- Select your order — Find the order you want to track and click on the order ID or "View Order" to open the order details.
- Track Delivery — On the order detail page, click the "Track Delivery" button to see a live delivery map with your driver's estimated time of arrival.
The tracking page shows real-time updates including your driver's location, estimated arrival time, and delivery progress through each stage: Order Confirmed → Packed & Shipped → In Transit → Delivered.
