We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to be simple and fair:

Non-Perishable Items

• Return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Receipt or order confirmation required

Fresh & Perishable Items

• Return within 7 days of purchase
• If quality is not satisfactory, we'll refund or replace immediately
• No need to return perishable items — just contact us with a photo

Home Goods

• Return within 60 days for a full refund
• Must be in unused, original condition

Loyalty Program Members — Extended Returns

As a Loyalty Program member, you enjoy extended return windows:

• Non-perishable items: 90 days, no questions asked
• Perishable items: 14 days (double the standard window)

Extended return benefits apply automatically at checkout when your Loyalty membership is linked. No coupon or special request needed.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
